FP6 has published new calls for research proposals on:
- Life Sciences, Genomics, and Biotechnology for Health
- Aeronautics
- Food Quality and Safety
- Sustainable Energy
- Sustainable Surface Transport
- Nuclear Energy (Euratom)

Still open are the calls on:
- information society
- food quality and safety
- nanotechnologies, materials, and manufacturing
- international cooperation (INCO-DEV)

I encourage you to look at these calls. The chances are often better at the end of an FTP.
All FP6 programs still have significant funds for international
collaboration, with the exception of "nuclear energy".

The nuclear energy research programme encourages partners from third countries. But they can get funds from Brussels only in exceptional cases.
