On April 6, 2007, with the request of French Embassy and the arrangements of Department of International Cooperation, Jun Yin from Department of International Cooperation, Guocheng Zhang, Guifei Jing, Jing Zhao from National Remote Sensing Center of China, held talks with Mr. Benard Belloc, technical counselor, and Mr. Yannick Lannes, technical project official from the French Embassy in China. French Embassy hoped to promote the government’s cooperation through understanding the relevant China-EU Galileo cooperation
